Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to paid features until the billing period ends
  • After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
  • Your data and generated memes will be retained for 30 days after downgrade

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service. Our refund policy is as follows:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Requests made within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Technical issues preventing service use that we cannot resolve
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Service unavailability exceeding 48 consecutive hours

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Requests made after 7 days of subscription purchase
  • Partial month usage after cancellation
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Change of mind after significant service usage
  • Unused AI caption credits or meme quotas

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@memefactory.app
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Provide your order/transaction ID
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may add 5-7 additional days
  • You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed

6. Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current subscription price. To avoid charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
