Meme Factory provides an industrial-scale meme generation platform that allows users to:

• Generate memes in bulk using customizable templates
• Upload and manage custom meme templates
• Use AI-powered caption generation (available on select plans)
• Download generated memes for personal or commercial use

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

We offer the following subscription plans (prices in INR):

• Free Plan: ₹0 - 500 memes/month, 100 memes/batch
• Starter Plan: ₹1,599/month - 10,000 memes/month, 500 memes/batch
• Pro Plan: ₹4,099/month - 25,000 memes/month, 1,000 memes/batch, 1,000 AI captions
• Enterprise Plan: ₹14,999/month - 100,000 memes/month, 10,000 memes/batch, 10,000 AI captions

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.

4. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Not share your account with others

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate spam or unsolicited promotional content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
• Create content depicting violence, hate speech, or discrimination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (images, templates). By uploading, you grant us a license to process and store this content to provide the Service.

Generated Content: Memes you generate using our Service are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes, subject to third-party rights in source materials.

Our Service: The Meme Factory platform, including its design, code, and features, remains our intellectual property.

7. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payment Gateway
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meme Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
